HMRC Gillingham
Southernsbroadstock won an HMRC tender by demonstrating best value through CCS Framework RM6119. Knowing that the client was working against time constraints, we collaborated closely with them to ensure their vision was achieved within the deadline.
The project was to refurbish one of their offices in Gillingham, Kent. From the initial tender award to the first of 2 phases in the project, Southernsbroadstock had 4 weeks to finalise specifications, finishes and agree plans. HMRC Gillingham required a comprehensive fit out that included desking, task seating, meeting room furniture, break out products and storage. Our client knew that they could rely on us as a CCS Framework partner to meet industry-standard lead times and provide high-quality products. Southernsbroadstock successfully completed both phases on time and exceeded client expectations.
DVLA Swansea
The DVLA required the furnishment of their Swansea office at short notice in response to the conditions created by the pandemic. It required delivery within a 3-week period over Christmas and needed a supplier that could offer best value and work to a tight timeframe.
The DVLA went out to tender through CCS and selected Southernsbroadstock because of our responsive approach and proven track record for delivery. We were chosen to provide furniture for over 300 staff at their Swansea location. This included desking, seating and locker solutions. By selecting us through the CCS Framework, the DVLA were able to leverage our superior purchasing power and in-house manufacturing. The project was successfully completed on time and with a seamless fit out despite requiring a quick turnaround over the seasonal holiday.
